I've always been of the philosophy that I'd rather be at school than not because sub plans are so annoying and coming back to see what kind of disasters exploded in my absence is never fun.
But right about the time my fever hit 101 (and I'm normally around 97.4), I decided that it's good this happened because hopefully I'll remember next time I get sick that sometimes I'm really, really sick and staying home is absolutely the lesser of two evils.
So from now on, I'm with you. Take a break and get better faster.

What's the point of being sick if you can't have a little break from the kids, right?
